I know what you’re thinking…”Whaaaat? Pizza & fries on the 21 Day FIX?”
Well, yes!  Except, no…not like you’re used to but still SO good.
CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST PIZZA

1 green container of shredded/grated cauliflower
1/2 green container of tomatoes
1/2 green container of chopped onions
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 red container 1/2 egg
1/2 red container chicken
1 blue container of goat cheese (or mozzerella)
italian seasoning
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Grate cauliflower with a grater and make enough to fit into a green container.  This is about 1 /4 of a cauliflower  head.  Transfer into bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.  Put bowl aside to cool. Once cooled wring out cauliflower with paper towels and get as much moisture out as possible.
Turn Oven to 450.
While cauliflower cools, blend toma toes, some salt, italian seasoning, and some basil if you have it with 2 TBS water. Pour in pot and bring to boil.  Then reduce to simmer.  If sour then add a pinch of stevia or maple syrup.  Let simmer for 25 minutes.
Add chopped onion and garlic to a sautee pan with olive oil and cook until
carmelized.
While sauce cookes, mix 1 egg very well.  Pour HALF of the egg into the bowl of shredded auliflower (cooled).  Mix well.  Add some italian
seasoning.  Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.  Form pizza crust shape on paper with cauliflower mix.
Once it’s a nice flat circle, pop that baby into oven at 450.  Cook for 10 minutes, then remove, flip over and cook another 10.
Remove again and put sauce and toppings on: cheelse, meat, sauteed onions and garlic.
Cook for 5 more minutes and then after that broil for 1  minute .

TURNIP FRIES
1 green container of sliced turnip
olive oil
sea salt
garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Easy peasy.  Skin turnip and slice into french fry looking slices.  Toss in bowl with olive oil and sea salt.  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with olive oil.  Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes, until crispy on outside and tender on inside.
